About the event
Join Herbalist Kora Goodman and Certified Breathworker Karly Linkous for an evening of Cacao Ceremony and gentle Breathwork with the horses. We will begin with guided Breathwork to align with the present moment and release layers of unwelcome stress, followed by an intimate Cacao Ceremony as we tune into our hearts, the land, and the horses. Each guest will receive a 4 oz pour of Cacao for ceremonious sipping through guided meditation and storytelling.
