Join Kat and Lauren of Terra Firma Healing Arts for an evening that lends itself to exploring inward and communing with the beautiful land and wild horses. They will lead a restorative yoga flow, a practice to awaken the physical body through ease-filled moments honoring the magic of sacred pauses. From the space of pausing and practicing being embodied through the yoga practice, they will transition into a sound bath. The vibration of sound will invite a massage for your cells!
